Thank you for choosing Banana Pro! We hope you are satisfied with your Banana Pro AI image and video generation purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Refund Request Period
- Customers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for subscriptions
- Credit packages can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Subscriptions: Refunds are available for unused subscription time
- Credit packages: The credits must be unused (no images or videos generated)
- Refund requests should be sent via email to support@banana-pro.com
- Please provide your email address, order ID, and the reason for the refund
- Bonus credits from promotions are not eligible for refunds
3. Refund Processing
- Upon receiving the refund request, we will review it within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- PayPal refunds typically process within 1-3 business days
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Credits that have been used to generate images or videos
- Subscription fees after the 14-day period (monthly subscriptions will not auto-renew after cancellation)
- Purchases made more than 6 months ago
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service
5. Partial Refunds
For partially used subscriptions, refunds will be calculated as:
(Unused subscription time ÷ Total subscription period) × Original amount - Used credits value
